Since 2011, our approach has come from inside six practices: two we founded and four we worked in. Some closed; others fell short of what they could have been. Common questions
Who do you work with?
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy and orthopaedic practices, multi-disciplinary MSK centres, rehab departments and hospitals, both new and established.
What does staff training and coaching involve?
Onboarding for new starters, hands-on technique work with your own patients, regular one-to-one or group sessions, front-desk skills, and leadership development for department heads. It runs on-site or online, and individual practitioners can book directly.
Do you offer courses?
No. Instead of generic courses, everything is tailored to your people, your patients and your setting, delivered on-site or online.
Do you only work in Dubai?
No. We’re based there but serve clients worldwide, mostly remotely, with on-site visits where they add value. Local licensing goes through a partner firm in each country.
What do you mean by “Dubai standards”?
Our frameworks for policies, governance, patient safety, documentation and quality follow Dubai standards: high expectations for care and operational excellence. We adapt them to your local regulations. This describes our approach, not an official accreditation.
Do you offer psychological support?
No. We are not psychologists. We coach therapists on confidence and resilience, assess how much workload each person can hold, and look at how well they fit within the team.
Do you handle licensing in our country?
We work with an established licensing company in each client’s country. They manage permits and approvals; we lead the clinical side: service design, layout, staffing, hiring and training. You deal with one point of contact.
Do you set up new centres and departments?
Yes, from feasibility and planning through layout, equipment, hiring and systems to opening day.
Can you recruit clinicians for us?
Yes. We review CVs and run first-round interviews. Once you approve a candidate, we shape their skills around your concept and patient needs, so they fit from day one.
Are you affiliated with any practice?
No. We don’t own, operate or hold interests in any practice, so our recommendations rest solely on what is right for you.
Who will work on our project?
One consultant or a small group, matched to your needs from our network of physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, trainers and operations experts.
How are engagements priced?
Choose from the Full Clinic Review, a yearly partnership, the performance-linked Results-Based Partnership or, for individuals, the Monthly Mentoring Group. The first call is free, and the assessment fee is credited if you continue. See engagement options. Fees are shared after the first call.
